Instructor´s Update: €660
Join us for these fun and inspiring days, combining Team/Connect® Clinic with a CR Update clinic.
Mornings will begin with discussion and groundwork followed Instructor lessons given by Sue Leffler. In the afternoons, the rest of the Instructors will have lessons, followed by teaching sessions. The Update begins on Saturday morning at approximately 9,30am and ends on Tuesday after 6,00pm.
If we have 7 or fewer updating instructors registered for the course, student riders may participate in the update clinic. Student riders are taught by participating Instructors under the supervision of the Clinic Instructor. Each student will have a lesson each day (4 days), may participate in the un-mounted awareness work and observe all the mounted lessons. Student riders receive an Open Clinic Certificate. This is super for those who are interested in becoming a Centered Riding Instructor at a later date.
Sue is from Ontario, Canada. For 30 years, she operated her own livery stables, bred Canadian Sport horses and had a small riding school. During this time, she rode and taught Classical Dressage as well as jumping.
She met Sally Swift in 1985 becoming one of Canada’s first Centered Riding Instructors. The resulting change in her and her students’ riding was dramatic. In 1990, Sue did a 3-½ month apprenticeship with Sally earning her Centered Riding Level IV Senior Clinician status.
In 2003, after selling her farm, she dedicated herself to travelling and teaching in Canada, the United States and many European countries such as Austria, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and Spain.
